Why use a Wedding Planner?

Organising your wedding day can be stressful. With the many different people and companies to contact and a whole host of tasks and dead lines it's no easy job and one that can be full of pit falls. Commissioning a good wedding planner means that all of this hassle is taken away leaving you to enjoy your wedding without the stress.

What's more, a good wedding planning will actually save you money! This may sound strange as you are spending money on their services but most have great negotiation skills and can cut the cost of many of your wedding services, sometime by up to 25%!

How does it work?
	Choose a wedding planner - You choose a wedding planner from our national wedding directory, preferably one that has subscribed to our Personal Wedding Website Programme. If the one you wish to use does not already provide a wedding website service then point them to this website where we will give them their first wedding website for free - That free site may as well be yours, right?
	Receive your personal wedding website - Your planner will create a website just for you as part of their package. At a minimum, this will contain a choice of template, a unique web address, 1 home page which you can update as often as you like with photo, title and wedding related details and a Wedding Plan page which lets you keep track of your planner's tasks and progress. 	Keep friends and family in the picture - Let all your friends a family visit your website to find the latest information on your wedding such as event locations and times, guests list information, menu details or options and much more
	Accept RSVPs online - Let all your guests RSVP directly via your website. This not only allows you to easily keep track of who is coming but is far easier than having to respond by snail mail. This really does make everyone's life easier!
	Enjoy your wedding day - You enjoy your wedding day and your chosen photographer will come along and do what they do best - take lots of photographs of you, your friends and your family
	Upload your own wedding photos to your website's gallery - After your wedding why not share your personal photographs of the day by uploading them to your website's online photo gallery?
	Have your Official Wedding Album uploaded too - If you wish, you may be able to have your wedding photographer upload their official wedding album to your website too. If they don't already offer this service point them to www.idealWeddingPhotography.co.uk and tell them that you already have a website with us. After they have read how secure our websites our they should do this for you with no problems. What's more, once your official album is uploaded your friends and family will be able to buy prints of their favourite photographs and all from your website!

How much does it cost?
	FREE to Search! - You can search our directory of wedding planners absolutely free of charge. We list 100's of planners from all around the UK and you can search through these using a localised search which will locate the planners willing to work within your area.
	FREE Wedding Website! - We encourage all of our wedding planners to give their personal wedding websites away as part of their overall planning packages. This means that you commission a planner to organise your wedding and pay their normal fees and as an additional bonus your planner gives you a wedding website which you can use to monitor your wedding arrangements and share details of your wedding with loved ones.
